When you purchase an Isadora Rental, Subscription or Isadora 4 Perpetual License, it is important to safely record the following information:

  • The email address you used to purchase Isadora.
  • Your Isadora License ID and Activation Password, which are used to activate Isadora.
  • Your Customer ID and Customer Password, which are used to access the License Portal.

Note: Your Customer ID and Customer Password are not the same as your Isadora License ID and Activation Password!

Your email address is used to link all Isadora any Isadora Perpetual, Subscription, and/or Rental Licenses you purchase. The license information for these licenses is stored together in the online License Portal. Login information for the online License Portal will be sent you, (or will have been sent to you already), after your first purchase of any Isadora Perpetual, Subscription, and/or Rental License after the launch of Isadora 3. This will come in the form of a Customer ID and Customer Password.

It is strongly suggested that you confirm your email address in the License Portal before purchasing more licenses to ensure that they will all be associated with the same customer account (Customer ID).

Furthermore, your email address is the best way to recover your Isadora information should you lose your Isadora License ID and Activation Password, and/or your Customer ID and Customer Password.

If you find yourself unable to log into the License Portal, you can use the “Forgot your password?” link to retrieve all your information by providing the email address you used to purchase Isadora 3 or 4 (or the email address associated with your license if it is different from the email address used for the purchase). You should then receive a secure email containing your customer and license information almost immediately. If you do not see an email come in after five minutes, please check your spam folder. If there is nothing in your spam folder, please check that you provided the correct email address.

The License Portal works for Isadora 3 and 4 licenses, but cannot be used to view or manage Isadora 1, 2, USB Key, or Sassafras licenses.
